What Maritime Schools are you near?

We are located near MPT, PYT, and SAVVY. All of our homes are within 5-7 minutes of LMC (Safe Harbor Marina).

What is included in my stay?

All of our bookings come with included items such as:
Bedsheets, pillows, and bath towels are provided by Crew Haven.
Laundry Detergent, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Dishwashing Detergent, Dishwasher Pods, General Cleaning Products are provided by Crew Haven.
Every location has access to Laundry machines (Wheelhouse Studios are coin operated.) High-speed Internet and Smart TV's in common areas.
*Desks and personal TV's can be found in specific locations.* 

How much does a room cost?

Our prices fluctuate with the seasons and type of room, so please reach out to us on whatsapp to attain the most accurate pricing for the dates and rooms you wish to book.

Why do you charge tax & fees?

At Crew Haven, all of our properties are fully registered with the City and State, and comply by the regulations provided by each. We do things by the book to ensure the safety of both our companies reputation, and the guests staying with us. 

In accordance with Florida Statute 125.0104(8)(a), if the person collecting the payment for the rental fails or refuses to charge and collect the tax from the person paying the rental or lease, that person is, in addition to being personally liable for the payment of the tax, guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable by a term of imprisonment not to exceed one year.

Can two guests share a bed?

At this time, our private rooms would be the only option for this. Typically this is available for couples only. It gets tricky when two friends share one bed. If someone moves out early, the one left is responsible for the full amount of rent for the remainder of their stay.

What is your refund policy?

Your first week is non-refundable. For bookings after your first week, your rate will be set to the nightly rate, and any remaining balance you have left over will be credited towards your next reservation. Please note, the nightly rate is not the weekly rate divided by 7. The nightly rate depends on the type of space you have booked, and will be explained to you in your booking group chat. 
*The credit is non-transferrable, and non-refundable. It can not be used by anyone other than the original guest.*

How far in advance can I book with you?

Typically we book within 10 days of your stay. This gives us a better idea of what specific room we have available at that time, and allows us to place you in a house without worrying about double booking!

What do I need to bring with me?

On a yacht, there is limited space for storage, it's smart to travel light, and with a suitcase that can be "folded" away. Crew Haven is proud to offer homes with unlimited Wifi, Laundry Facilities, and fully functioning kitchens for your convenience. Think of us as a "home away from home"!
